Watch as your Dream Wedding unfolds seamlessly in the 6-8 weeks leading up to your Wedding Day. ​The OPAL Affair will take over as Point of Contact for all final vendor communications prior to the wedding, allowing for efficient, clear, and consistent communication, troubleshooting, and risk management amongst your Vendor Team, Wedding Party, and family members.

This service also includes a Rehearsal Run-Through by your Lead Coordinator and Wedding Day Management by one Lead Coordinator and one Assistant Coordinator. Connect with us for a full breakdown of included services. A coordination budget of $2000 is suggested for this package.

From conception to completion, the Full Wedding Planning Package includes everything from: curation of your vendor team, full-scale event logistics, and development of your event look & vision, to coordination of your Rehearsal Run-Through and Wedding Day Management by The OPAL Coordination Team.
Enjoy the robust scope of our top-tier event management system- Aisle Planner- along with supplemental PDF's and planning documents, all designed by The OPAL Affair with a streamlined client experience in mind. A minimum overall wedding budget of $45,000 is suggested for this service.

03. THE WEEKENDER - Full-Service Planning & Destinations
Hand over direction of your complete wedding weekend- conceptualizing the look & logistics of everything from your Rehearsal Dinner to your Morning-After Brunch.

From conception to completion, the Weekender Planning Package includes everything from full-scale event logistics to development of your event look & vision. This package offers additional exclusivity from the Full Planning package in that it includes the planning and execution of your entire Wedding Weekend- from your Welcome Dinner & Rehearsal to the Morning-After Brunch & Send-Off! The Weekender is the ideal package for destination events, as well as those couples hoping to create an immersive weekend experience filled with unique activations and events. A minimum overall event budget of $65,000 is suggested for this service.
